Honeywell Silent Knight SK-MONITOR Addressable Monitor Module

The Honeywell Silent Knight SK-MONITOR is an addressable monitor module designed to interface conventional contact devices with Silent Knight Series Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). Its main purpose is to monitor normally open contact devices such as waterflow switches, pull stations, and other dry contact inputs, transmitting their status directly to the fire alarm panel through the SLC loop. It also allows monitoring of conventional 4-wire smoke detectors for alarm and trouble conditions.

SK-MONITOR Addressable Monitor Module

The SK-MONITOR is engineered to provide reliable supervision of contact devices on an SLC loop. It supports both Class A and Class B supervised wiring, ensuring flexibility in system design. The module isolates short circuits on the SLC loop, protecting other connected devices so the system continues operating during a fault condition.

Designed for easy installation, it mounts directly into a standard 4” square electrical box with a minimum depth of 2-1/8”. For surface mounting, the SMB500 4” square electrical box is available. The panel-controlled LED indicator flashes green during normal operation and turns solid red during alarm, allowing quick visual identification.

With UL Listing and FM Approval, the SK-MONITOR meets strict safety and compliance standards, making it suitable for mission-critical fire detection systems.
