The Notifier DVC-EM (Digital Voice Command – Emergency Message Controller) is a central module designed to manage and deliver emergency voice messages in a fire alarm and evacuation system. It stores pre-recorded tones, alerts, and voice instructions, ensuring they are broadcast clearly and reliably through connected amplifiers and speakers during fire or critical events. By integrating with the Digital Voice Command (DVC) system, the DVC-EM guarantees consistent, code-compliant mass notification for life safety.

Notifier Digital Voice Command (DVC)
The Notifier Digital Voice Command (DVC) is the heart of a fully integrated and feature-rich Audio Command Center. Combining the power of a digital audio processor, an event-driven message generator, and an intelligent router, the DVC ensures clear and reliable emergency communication across large facilities.

Designed to work with Digital Audio Loop (DAL) devices such as the DAA2, DAX, and DAA Series amplifiers as well as the DS-DB, the DVC supports up to eight audio channels, five firefighter telephone channels, and the control and supervision of up to 32 DAL devices. It includes two wired digital audio ports for DAL connections, which can also be converted to multi-mode or single-mode fiber using optional fiber modules, offering flexible installation options.

For large-scale applications, multiple DVC units can be networked through NOTI•FIRE•NET™, enabling the system to expand and support hundreds of amplifiers within a single supervised audio network.
