Honeywell – Electric Control Head (H4-031-000)

The Honeywell Electric Control Head H4-031-000 is an electromechanical actuator designed to initiate the discharge of FK 1230 (FK-5-1-12) clean agent fire suppression systems. It receives a 24 VDC signal from the fire alarm control panel and automatically actuates the master cylinder, ensuring fast and reliable system operation during a fire event. It also includes a manual release plunger for local manual activation when required.

Electric Control Head H4-031-000

The H4-031-000 Electric Control Head is mounted directly on the master cylinder actuation port of the FK 1230 system. Upon receiving a 24 VDC signal from the releasing control panel, the device activates and triggers the cylinder valve to discharge the clean agent.

The control head is equipped with a manual release plunger for emergency manual operation and an integrated supervisory switch that monitors the presence of the actuator. If the control head is removed, the supervisory switch sends a signal to the fire alarm or releasing panel, ensuring continuous system monitoring and safety compliance.
